About the research
The goal of the highway maintenance concept vehicle project is to examine and test newly emerging technologies that have the potential for improving the level of service defined by policy during the winter season at the least cost to taxpayers. This proposal is to develop a business case that will analyze the data and information associated with the technology for Iowa DOT maintenance activities and determine their impact on the cost of conducting those activities.
